High-Level Implementation Consultant

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to oversee end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

Location:

Job Type: Full-time

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Timing: Flexible hours

Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Financials (5+ years in Oracle Cloud/Fusion)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Management of data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintenance of project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).
  • Staying updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assessing impact on client environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations (must-have).
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses.
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Able to lead cross-functional and global teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading implementation projects from start to finish. This includes defining project scope, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering results within budget.

This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle Financials and its applications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can guide teams through complex financial transformations.
