Enterprise WordPress Engineer Opportunity

We seek a seasoned lead engineer to spearhead the development and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise-grade WordPress solutions. Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation is essential.

About the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end WordPress projects for high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers in best practices for coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
