Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Developer to join an international project in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in AI development, with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and model evaluation metrics.

About the Project:

The project aims to utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) & Prompt Engineering, including transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and crafting effective prompts for tasks like summarization, text classification, and document understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  • Experience working with Azure Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents (invoices, forms, contracts);
  • Strong foundation in ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch;
  • Proficient in building and managing ML pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring;
  • Experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML), including Azure ML Studio, automated ML, model registry, and deployment to endpoints or containers;
  • Building event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services;
  • Strong coding skills in Python (preferred), with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib;
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines;
  • Fluent in English;
  • +5/+7 years of AI Development experience;
  • Experience working with Azure Document Intelligence and Azure Machine Learning;
  • Strong foundation in ML algorithms and model evaluation metrics;
  • Proficient in building and managing ML pipelines;
  • Fluent in English;
