Job SummaryThe Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the roadmap for our MSME secured product/s, including their features, customer benefits, and managing the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital lending product management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Define the roadmap for MSME secured products, including their features and customer benefits
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, and implementation
- Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of platform/application features and enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and prioritize business/product/technology requirements
- Act as a bridge between partner/internal sales and project/technology teams
- Form and test hypothesis using data from in-built analytics, funnels, database & other sources
- Conduct market research and develop insights into user behavior
- 5-10 years of experience in digital lending product management for MSME secured loans
- MBA from a Premier Educational Institution (Indian/Global)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Innovative and solution orientation
- Well-versed with Wire framing, BRD, PRD and feature detailing
- Comfortable with Tech Stack/Understanding of API Architecture
- Competitive salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
