Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to lead our test automation initiatives and build platforms that improve productivity of QA and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own test strategy, estimation, and planning for features.
  • Architect and build automation platforms and frameworks that enable scalable, reusable, and maintainable test execution.
  • Create detailed, well-structured test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

You will design frameworks and tools that automate test case generation, documentation, and execution across web, mobile, and API layers for both Ecommerce and Health Tech platforms.

Required Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering.
  • Proven experience in building test automation frameworks and platforms (web, mobile, API).
  • Strong experience in API automation (RestAssured, Pytest, Postman).

Bonus Points:

  • Programming expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for advanced automation scripting.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cypress/Playwright and Appium.

This role is a blend of technical leadership, platform building, and quality ownership for our diverse product ecosystem. You will mentor engineers, establish quality best practices, and drive a culture of engineering excellence.
