Job Summary

A skilled Sex Therapy Specialist is required to help individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health. The role combines therapeutic expertise with sales skills, including conducting initial discovery calls and pitching treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients, establishing rapport and building trust to guide them towards understanding their support needs.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans, demonstrating alignment with the client's goals and addressing concerns or questions.
  • CLOSE SALES AND ONBOARD CLIENTS INTO THE TREATMENT PROCESS.
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
  • Work closely with our team of therapists to ensure seamless transitions from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and address client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
