Job Title: RPA Developer with UiPath and Power Automate

About the Role:

The organization is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join its team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated bots using UiPath and/or other automation tools.

This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to conceptualize them as automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust bots using UiPath
  • Analyze business processes from workflow diagrams
  • Collaborate with the RPA Tech Lead, RPA Program Lead, and other team members to understand current processes and how to reengineer and automate them
  • Contribute end-to-end with a Dev/Ops approach to RPA and help in upfront configuration and ongoing administration and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience with UiPath studio/Orchestrator
  • Certification from UiPath is a plus, but not necessary
  • Experience in Power Automate is required
  • A basic understanding of SQL is necessary
  • Document Understanding/OCR experience is a big bonus

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
