Maintenance Engineer Role Overview">

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily fleet availability, movement, and planning with our maintenance and product introduction teams.
  • Oversee train movements for maintenance, arrivals, departures, and shunting activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of trains to the depot control center as per operational plans.
  • Collaborate with DCC, OHE, track, and onboard signaling teams for RS (Rolling Stock) maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications�� Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
�� Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of metro or railway maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance planning systems such as SAP or Maximo.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
�� Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Metro/Railway Fleet Coordination or Maintenance, Locomotive/Train operations, Customer support and troubleshooting, Helpline or PRT management.
Languages
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
