Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring timely handover and resolution of any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for regional concerns and guarantee prompt resolutions within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Establish effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, including installers, vendors, category experts, and product specialists, to expedite issue resolution and empower team members to resolve problems on-site.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team by empowering existing members, hiring top talent, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to established processes, standards, and SOPs to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Strive for excellence in Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and rapid resolution of customer escalations.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Preferrably, NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA graduates from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • A minimum of 7 to 12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations, preferably in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills, with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop structured thought processes.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Skilled in managing strategic alliances and business partnerships to drive maximum project reach.
