What you can do for us:

• Call insurance companies in the US on behalf of our clients and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Prioritize pending claims according to predefined rules.
• Investigate each case to understand the situation and convince claims companies for payment.
• Make physical calls following international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Discuss cases with your supervisor in case collection cannot be made.
• Review and meet with your targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Willingness to work from the office and in night shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
