Branch Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Branch Manager to oversee our broking operations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of broking products, sales, operations, and team leadership, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all facets of branch operations, demonstrating expertise in distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Utilize your understanding of Broking Products, Insurance, and Investment products to drive comprehensive business growth.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and strategic business plans for the branch.
  • Meet and exceed business goals and metrics.
  • Manage the branch effectively, allocating resources to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, development, and motivation to foster a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a broking branch or similar leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of broking products, insurance, and investment products (MF, PMS, AIF).
  • Strong understanding of modern management techniques and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent leadership, team development, and motivation skills.
  • A commitment to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
