Credit Expert Wanted:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to bolster our financial expertise and drive informed decision-making. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your analytical prowess to support underwriting decisions, draft comprehensive credit memos, and collaborate with our lending specialists to ensure timely deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze loan term sheets, conducting thorough financial and credit assessments to inform underwriting decisions.
- Draft clear, accurate, and concise credit memos for transactions, leveraging your excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with our US lending team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless deal execution and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a keen focus on multiple transactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting, preferably with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft professional reports and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Exposure to real estate debt is highly beneficial, with strong financial modeling skills a significant advantage.
Work Environment:
We offer a fully remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while aligning with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
