As a Business Analyst at Gainwell, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through effective communication, data analysis, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to support clients technology goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
**Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Claims adjudication, Medicaid or Medicare, SQL
- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write complex queries
- Ability to gather requirements effectively, document requirements, and confirm observations with business owners
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel
- Ability to create detailed and thorough design documents and test plans/execution for medium to large initiatives
- Being able to research, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
