Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive ECU Software Tester to join our team at KPIT. As an ECU software tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive electronic control units (ECUs).

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on HiL test automation development for engine and transmission control units. You will be responsible for understanding ECU software documentation, developing HiL test specifications, and creating automated test scripts using VB scripting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop HiL test specifications and automated test scripts for engine and transmission control units
- Execute tests on HiL, analyze results, and identify root causes of issues
- Test script development using VB scripting and execution on the HiL system
- Automation of manual tests for HiL systems
- Test library and architecture development
- Interface with PROVETech/ECU test tools

Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Automotive ECU software functions and testing
- Experience in diagnostics testing, middleware, and OBD relevant testing
- Strong programming skills, scripting experience, and excellent communication skills
