Job Overview:

Visual Communication Specialist
  • Create innovative graphics, layouts, and artwork for various digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand's message across all platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
  3. Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual language.
  4. Solve communication challenges effectively using design principles.
  5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing various design styles and project types.
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) or experience working with web developers.

Education:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
