Key Responsibilities

">

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling both pre- and post-listing activities for companies, with a strong understanding of SEBI regulations, stock exchange guidelines, and listing procedures. Key responsibilities include:

">

- Coordinating with financial advisors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies for the preparation of listing documents

">

- Ensuring compliance with SEBI, BSE, and other regulatory requirements for listing

">

- Liaising with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders for the successful execution of the listing process

">

- Handling all compliance and regulatory filings post-listing as per SEBI LODR regulations

">

- Monitoring and ensuring timely disclosures, updates, and corporate filings with stock exchanges

">

- Preparing and submitting quarterly and annual reports in line with regulatory requirements

">

- Managing shareholder communication and addressing queries effectively

">

- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange guidelines

">

- Implementing and maintaining corporate governance practices in line with regulatory requirements

">

- Assisting in conducting board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs as needed

">

- Acting as the primary point of contact for stock exchanges, regulators, and other stakeholders

">

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors and analysts post-listing

">

- Identifying potential risks related to non-compliance and recommending measures to mitigate them

">

- Suggesting process improvements to streamline pre- and post-listing activities

Requirements

The selected candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange guidelines, and listing procedures

">

- Proven experience in handling both pre- and post-listing activities for companies

">

- Strong understanding of financial reporting and corporate governance practices

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Salary

The salary for this position is approximately ₹60 lakh per annum, depending on experience.
