Job Role

As a system specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement projects in the Oracle applications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and business process experts to design and deliver continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in functional/technical design work as assigned. Reviews approach with POs and performs fit/gap analysis as assigned.
  • Assist with technical solution development, documentations, and technical testing as assigned.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

  • Partner with other teams to exceed business expectations.
  • Oracle quarterly update testing with test manager and key business users.
  • Oracle SOP and KBA development with O&Q team.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of finance business processes and ability to find solutions/deliver solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud core finance modules.
  • Experience with Azure Dev/Ops.
  • Previous experience working in a CI team.
  • Ability to work on Continuous Improvement items.
  • Ability to review & challenge proposed solution designs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge.
  • 1+ years of proven experience working with Oracle Cloud Finance.
  • Agile/CI Frameworks.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail.
