This is a key role in our organization where you will lead the development and implementation of AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of AI-driven projects that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify cutting-edge AI technologies and integrate them into our ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members across AI and software development functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with overall product vision and business strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering professionals to build a high-performance team.
  • Define AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature development from ideation to deployment and performance tuning.
  • Establish best practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
