Job Title: Web Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web Engineering Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a focus on creating engaging and user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement web applications;
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and accessible interfaces;
  • Optimize web performance and troubleshoot issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target;
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS;
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools;
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices;
  • Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js;
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end performance issues;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification;
  • Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API;
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages;
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization.
