Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to contribute to our visual content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics for various platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual content that aligns with marketing goals and campaign objectives.
  • Develop brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design agency, freelance, or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to balance creativity with practical deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, YouTube) and ad design best practices.
  • Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
  • Presentation design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, pitch decks).
  • Interest or exposure to motion graphics, animation tools (After Effects, Adobe Express, or similar).
  • Awareness of UI/UX or basic web layout understanding is a plus.
