Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Website Manager to drive our online presence and growth through website management, SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Performance Optimization: Manage and optimize the company website for performance, content, and user experience.
  • SEO Strategies: Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Digital Campaigns: Run and optimize SEM / Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Backend Integration: Handle backend linking, product listings, and digital integrations.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and provide insights for growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CMS Management: Proficiency in website management (CMS).
  • SEO & SEM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM.
  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of backend linking, e-commerce SEO & digital integrations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and website handling.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in hospitality / e-commerce preferred.
