This full-time, on-site role for an Influencer & Retention Marketing Executive is located in Thane. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout and collaborate with paid or barter influencers, obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Understand influencer niches and create draft scripts for video content.
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Share ideas on ad creation.
  • Coordinate advance and final payments with the finance team for timely releases.

Additionally, this role involves creating WhatsApp marketing templates, developing broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals for use in Meta ads.

We seek an experienced professional with skills in influencer marketing, social media marketing (specifically with YouTube influencers), sales support, and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is desirable.
