Mobile Application Testing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing.

  • A minimum of 7-9 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.

You will lead and manage a team of 6 QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines. You will perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.

We prefer candidates with a banking domain background (lending/loans). You will work collaboratively with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will include preparing test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
