Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Incharge

The ideal candidate will oversee ARFF services at airports, with a strong understanding of fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and leadership skills.

  • Lead the Crash Fire Tender (CFT) team for round-the-clock readiness in emergency response.
  • Develop and review ARFF operational procedures and protocols in compliance with local and international aviation safety standards.
  • Conduct regular training and drills to maintain peak performance and readiness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and emergency services for seamless emergency response and mutual aid.
  • Maintain ARFF vehicles, equipment, and firefighting systems at peak readiness.
  • Analyze incident reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to ARFF services.
  • Participate in airport emergency exercises and provide expert guidance during simulated emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold highest standards of fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).
Certification Requirements
  • Valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.
Leadership Experience Required
  • 10-15 years of experience in the airports industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) services.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
