As a talented Amazon Ecommerce Marketing Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving brand visibility for our company, Social Tantrums.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in Amazon Advertising (Amazon Ads) or Amazon Retail Product Listing. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing Amazon advertising campaigns, creating and optimizing product listings, resolving account issues, and designing Amazon storefronts to enhance visibility and sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Amazon Advertising Management: Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP), perform keyword research and competitive analysis to improve targeting, optimize bids, budgets, and ad placements to enhance ROI and sales, and create detailed campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Amazon Retail Product Listing: Create and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), ensure product images meet Amazon's quality standards and enhance visual appeal, apply SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and product discoverability, and regularly audit product listings to maintain accuracy and compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Issue Resolution and Account Management: Resolve listing suppressions, account health warnings, and other operational issues, monitor and respond to customer reviews to improve product performance, collaborate with Amazon Seller/Vendor support to resolve escalations effectively.
  • Storefront Creation and Maintenance: Design and maintain Amazon Storefronts in line with brand guidelines, regularly update storefronts with new products, promotions, and banners to enhance the user experience, analyze storefront performance metrics to identify and implement design improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Amazon Advertising (Amazon Ads) or Amazon Retail Product Listing is required. Prior experience in eCommerce operations is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amazon tools such as Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc., is a plus. MS Excel proficiency is a plus.
  • Other Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, creative mindset for developing compelling product content, excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
