Semiconductor Design Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of semiconductor design principles and have hands-on experience with state-of-the-art STD Cells and Custom Cells on latest CMOS process technology.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient STD cell characterization methods.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Contribute to the optimization of circuit design, simulation, and analysis processes.
- Participate in regular meetings and feedback sessions to foster open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design and characterization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
