Workday Integration Specialist - Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in delivering technology solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build Workday integration code base, including Studio, EIB, and core connectors.
  • Develop requirements and design documents.
  • Implement quality Workday integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or computer science field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Current holder of a Workday Certification within one of the following: Integrations, Workday Studio, CCB, BIRT, Reporting.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience working in HR or financial department environments and an understanding of the issues facing organizations. You will also be able to effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
