Site Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a well-organized and experienced professional to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Interiors, with excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate's responsibilities will include managing various aspects of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for stakeholders.

The responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring sites are safe and clean, while maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Preparing cost estimates and procuring necessary materials and tools to meet project requirements.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for project improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts and pricing.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Creating work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients to maintain transparency and clear expectations.
  • Compiling data, generating reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required to foster collaboration and development.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Commercial Interiors, preferably in a similar management role.
  • A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles to drive informed decision-making.
