About Our Cloud Expert Role:

We're seeking a seasoned cloud professional to spearhead the implementation of our Azure-based SaaS solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure and deploy our products seamlessly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor our SaaS product accordingly.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in team leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and stable operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to align product setups with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Implement and customize features using a deep understanding of Java, Python, SQL, and Azure services.
  • Develop Operational Data Stores (ODS) and custom reports to support client-specific use cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and development teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or development role within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, and working knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across client-facing and internal delivery/support teams.
  • Experience in setting up/configuring SaaS products as per custom client requirements.
  • Background in building reports and operational data stores to support client operations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
