About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages. You will collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences, integrate tools, and optimize for speed, SEO, and conversions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools
  • Optimizing websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Implementing analytics tracking and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring

We value applicants who have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience collaborating with design, product, and growth teams
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
