Key Roles for Factory Plant HR Heads
We are looking for experienced individuals to oversee all human resources activities at our manufacturing plants. As a key member of our factory team, you will be responsible for ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities in written and spoken English, and a strong background in factory-level HR functions. A bachelor's degree in any discipline with an MBA or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions within the plant, including manpower planning, budgeting, performance management systems (PMS), payroll, and welfare activities.
- Proactively address and resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and oversee employee relations.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances and manage the end-to-end payroll process.
- Collaborate with factory leadership to improve productivity.
- Conduct HR audits to ensure process adherence and drive learning and development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HR Management: Expertise in full range of HR activities, including manpower planning, budgeting, PMS, payroll, and welfare.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and proven experience in handling employee and labor relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Operational Acumen: The ability to understand factory operations and contribute to productivity and shift management.
- Language: Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken Kannada.
