  • Lead the Investment Research team with profit-and-loss responsibility, identifying opportunities for growth through new products or market entry.
  • Provide leadership support to the delivery team, ensuring quality and operational excellence in investment analysis and research services.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Develop best practices in employee engagement and training, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on media platforms, showcasing expertise in investment research and strategy.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Total 15 years of experience, with at least 7+ years of team management in investment research, preferably in the KPO industry.
  • Experience in handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients, with relevant background in research within the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, macro, and business drivers, valuation methodologies, and investor pitch documents.
  • Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients, manage equity research processes, and lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
  • Essential to have exposure to business development activities, such as identifying solutions, preparing pitch decks, and participating in business meetings.
