Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our next-generation web and mobile applications. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that meet the evolving needs of our users.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, leveraging your expertise in front-end and back-end development to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions.
  • With a strong focus on quality and maintainability, you will write clean, well-documented code, and participate in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with other systems.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web and mobile development, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to conceptualize, design, and implement new features and products.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in agile development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing prompt resolutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or Angular, with a strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails, with a solid grasp of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic, and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with DevOps or CI/CD tools, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and SEO and performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with experience working closely with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
