Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor annual budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Semi Qualified CA, CMA or CS qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit.
