Job Title

A seasoned Test Lead is required to spearhead our mobile application testing efforts.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in leading QA teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands. They will be responsible for managing a team of 6 QA engineers, setting up and optimizing QA processes, and collaborating with developers and product teams.

The selected candidate will also participate in bug triage, prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation strategy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Desirable Skills

Candidates with the following skills will be preferred:

  • Exposure to mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar QA tools.
