Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Flutter Developer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobile App Development:
    • Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Training & Instruction:
    • Deliver instruction on Flutter app development to clients in Western countries, helping them understand key concepts and best practices.
    • Train fellow team members as required, ensuring all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
    • Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management for review.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Possess strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills for effectively interacting with international students.
  • Online Platforms:
    • Experience handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Collaborative Work:
    • Work on projects that require teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Session Management:
    • Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training.
    • Maintain proper communication with students and parents for excellent customer service.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate with customers about upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.
  • Student Assessment & Feedback:
    • Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to improve learning outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Technical Skills:
      • Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience building mobile applications.
    • Communication Skills:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with international students and customers.
    • Online Platforms:
      • Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
    • Customer Service:
      • Able to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
    • Organizational Skills:
      • Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
