Electrical Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in South Goa.

  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, generators, transformers, panel boards, and other related electrical infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential as the candidate will be expected to manage the electrical maintenance department independently and ensure smooth operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying solutions.
  • Managing electrical maintenance personnel and ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Developing and implementing electrical safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical).
  • Hands-on experience in electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry with management responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
