Job Summary

The role of Associate Director IT is a pivotal position within the organization, overseeing all aspects of hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops configuration standards for network performance, ensuring they are implemented and maintained effectively.
  • Evaluates business needs, researching applications necessary to meet those needs.
  • Analyzes complex business needs and recommends technical solutions.
  • Coordinates project deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develops policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, and service provision.
  • Responsible for implementing, complying with, and maintaining organizational policies and procedures.
  • Designs and configures hardware, operating systems, networks, storage, and backup devices for reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Manages Active Directory and Citrix configurations.
  • Configures management tools, including monitoring, security, and backup tools.
  • Configures network solutions, including firewall configuration, routing, and remote access VPN access.
  • Diagnoses and resolves application delivery issues via Citrix and AWS.
  • Coaches and directs staff in operational activities.
  • Recruits, supervises, schedules, develops, evaluates, and disciplines IT staff.
  • Maintains awareness of changing technology trends and takes corrective action as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations, familiarity with clinical imaging data software and hardware systems, proficiency in MS Office applications, and at least three years of ITIL experience.
