We seek a dynamic and experienced Financial Institution Digital Transformation Specialist to lead and guide our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 in Europe, Open Banking in the UK, and Open Finance.

• Analyzing Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions, and implementing those such as Berlin Group NextgenPSD2.
• Producing comprehensive traceability matrices for end-to-end compliance with regulations.
• Engaging stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
• Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
• Monitoring regulatory developments, including EBA publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
• Staying updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
• Conducting market research, collating feature recommendations from clients, and building a pipeline of requirements.
• Identifying market trends and opportunities in open banking and developing requirements for innovative products and services.
• Providing support and guidance to presales and professional services on new system features.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.
• Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and creating traceability matrices.
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and involvement in API integrations or implementations.
• Understanding client use cases and advising suitable integration practices.
• Managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, leading to successful project launches.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
