Technical Support Specialist

The role involves providing technical assistance during the commissioning phase of energy storage projects.

  • This includes offering support during mechanical and electrical tasks, collaborating with professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule, and generating daily and weekly reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning Phase:
  • Provide technical support during the commissioning phase of energy storage projects.
  • Collaborate with various professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring and addressing any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • Site Operations:
  • Participate in preventive and reactive maintenance activities for energy storage infrastructure.
  • Oversee the installation of energy storage structures to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating with professionals from diverse disciplines.
  • Provide customer support through various channels, frequently interacting with customers on-site and remotely.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Electrical or Electronics Engineer (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in electrical projects (substations, power lines, or LV/MV cables). Experience with energy storage infrastructure (BESS) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of BESS PCS and related supporting components.
  • Solid experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
