We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Mumbai, where you will play a key role in driving the future of financial services.
Our team consists of business strategists, technologists, and industry leaders who bring fresh thinking and sector knowledge to address the challenges of digital transformation, convergence, and disruption.
Tax Discipline Expertise- Ensure day-to-day tax compliance for multiple clients, including uploading transactions and incomes into our database.
- Review transactions uploaded and generate tax computations to be mailed out to clients and custodian banks.
- Respond to client and custodian queries relating to transactions entered into by clients and the tax computations issued for the same.
- Interact with multiple custodian banks/brokers and agents of clients for seeking information/clarifications with regards to client transaction activities in India.
- Study various corporate actions undertaken by companies in the Indian capital market, which impact clients, giving effect to the same on the database and preparing tax computations for clients.
- Formulate computations and templates to be used across all clients.
- Periodically review and reconcile all transactions entered into by FPI clients with custodian records.
- Year-end review of transactions and finalize the computation of taxable income for FPI clients for the purposes of filing the return of income.
