Our central campus is home to a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals who provide physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Music Teacher with expertise in designing music lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Lessons: Design and implement music lessons that accommodate varying learning styles and abilities, including students with autism, physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or emotional/behavioural challenges.
- Use Adaptive Techniques: Utilise assistive technologies, visual aids, instruments, and alternative communication methods to support student participation.
- Encourage Expression and Communication: Promote music as a means of self-expression, communication, and emotional regulation.
- Therapeutic Integration: Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialists to integrate therapeutic goals into musical activities.
- Assessment and Reporting: Assess student progress using tailored benchmarks; maintain accurate records and contribute to IEPs (Individualised Education Programs).
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging classroom environment; manage behaviour sensitively in line with our positive behaviour support policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education or related field
- 3-7 years of experience working with children in mainstream or special education settings
- Teaching qualification or experience in special education (preferred)
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and adaptive music education
- Ability to play an instrument and facilitate group music singing
- Language proficiency in Tamil
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
