SAP FICO Consultant Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Financial Accounting (FICO) consultant to lead our organization's finance control initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting modules, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Project Systems (PS), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Manage the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
  • Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all FICO configurations and integrations with other SAP modules.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements.
  • Training: Train end-users and junior consultants on SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize and support the system.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring the stability of the FICO modules.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Materials Management, Production Planning, and others to ensure seamless integrations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, with a proven track record in large-scale implementations.

Strong knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including but not limited to GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Order Accounting.

Excellent understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.

SAP Certification in FICO is preferred.
