We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to spearhead our retail space visual strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts for retail environments based on brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
  • Create engaging store layouts, window displays, and product placements to maximize visual appeal and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize visuals with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain all visual merchandising displays to ensure they are well-designed, clean, and regularly updated.
  • Train in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
  • Analyze sales trends to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sources display materials and coordinates with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to enhance visual appeal.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with design software and tools.
