Our company is looking for a key planning professional to join our global team.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment.

As a key planning professional, you will be responsible for supporting key planning processes that drive alignment between supply, demand, and financial goals across global markets.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly IBP cycles.
  • Support data gathering, validation, and visualization to enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs to planning processes.
  • Help maintain planning tools, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic projects.

This role offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
  • Good analytical and organization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and capability to work autonomously.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
  • Great communications skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a global team environment.
  • Knowledge or exposure to planning tools is a plus (SAP/Kinaxis).
