Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Leader

  • About the Role:
  • Drive strategic enterprise-wide initiatives, including business planning and change management.
  • Identify key strategic issues and provide insights and recommendations to address them.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities">
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables, simulate, and create best-fit plans based on market profiles.
  • Monitor metrics relevant to strategic planning.
  • Manage periodical reporting of strategy performance and coordinate with internal functions to drive planning activities.

  • Support and manage CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work on go-to-market strategies, annual business-wise plans, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, deliver, and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with good quality and end-user satisfaction.

  • Qualification requirements include a Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA and minimum 3 years PQE experience.
  • Other required skills include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative, good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets, good understanding of Financial statements, strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), attention to detail, excellent presentation skills, ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them, and a strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background and lateral thinker.
