As a leading figure in Generative AI, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions that drive business impact.

About the Role

This position requires expertise in building machine learning models and systems, particularly in Generative AI, to lead the engineering team towards a technical roadmap.

  • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models leveraging techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Maintain high-quality code in Python using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms, optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development.
Key Requirements
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL is essential.
  • A solid understanding of Cloud services including Azure, GCP, or AWS is required.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders are necessary.
