Role:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Business Analyst to lead our team with Agile best practices, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Team Meetings.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and provide guidance on project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Identify and remove impediments, promoting a self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed backlog.

Business Analyst Duties

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are met.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and contribute to data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Optional but good to have: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
