Project Director Role

A seasoned project manager with 8-11 years of experience in delivering high-priority projects is required to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP, strong proficiency in project management methodologies, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in SAP, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
