Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular, React and modern frontend technologies to lead the development of scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx or similar tools.
  • Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.
  • Provide technical leadership mentor frontend developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack Babel npm).
  • Strong leadership communication and decision-making abilities.

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest Jasmine Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
